The re-run of my first radio show from April 9th will air today, April 13th, 2011, at 6:30PM PST.
I will present the opening of the heart in the Yoga tradition, the 5 bodies of the human being and the system of chakras, with the emphasis on the heart chakra and techniques for opening the heart: we will practice together Prarthanasana, a yoga pose for opening of the heart and a music meditation for opening of the heart towards the pure, sublime, angelic love.
